Ms. Nicól continues to be an innovator in the micropigmentation industry teaching permanent cosmetic techniques and standards to industry manufacturers, associations, nurses, doctors, and cosmetologists throughout the world. She has worked extensively with plastic surgeons specializing in corrective color procedures, areola restoration, burn and scar camouflage, alopecia and cancer conditions. Michele practices with some of the most renowned surgeons in the area providing cosmetic surgery.

Former President of the Business & Professional Women's Club in New York, Michele is a frequent speaker at industry seminars. As National Legislative Chairperson for the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals, she was instrumental in writing laws for medical tattooing throughout the nation.
